We are seeking a highly organised, IT literate and social media savvy freelance Programme Assistant to join Artlift – we are a small, Gloucestershire-based charity nationally recognised for its delivery and evaluation of Arts on Prescription services.

You will bring proven experience of developing and maintaining efficient systems, processing data and supporting marketing and communications.

The role comprises assisting in set up, promotion and delivery of our programmes, managing referrals, data processing and organisational administration.

Terms of Contract

Freelance 8-month contract, ideally starting end of July 2020 (potential for extension of contract beyond March 2021 subject to funding).

Fee: £6,400 for an average of 10 days per month, plus expenses reimbursement.

You must be able to evidence your right to work in the UK and hold (or be prepared to obtain) a current, enhanced DBS check.

You will work mainly from your own home.
