Today is #NationalStressAwarenessDay , these last 18 months have affected so many of us in some shape or form, and in many cases leading to #stress, #anxiety, #depression and increased #Chronicpain. At Artlift our #Creativehealth courses are tailored to support individuals who are struggling, led by practising artists and supportive #Volunteers they offer a range of inspiring arts activities to help you feel better. Participants don’t need to be good at art, just willing to have a go, meet likeminded people and have some fun in a safe supported group.
