Create Well Mental Health programme
Join our Artist Facilitator Jonny at Podsmead Community Centre, Gloucester.
He offers a warm, supportive invitation to explore! To wrangle words, to scribble stories, to uncover the worlds hidden in a piece of orange peel. To find a poem at the bottom of a cuppa.
On the way we’ll maybe make mini ‘zines’, print with leaves, make mechanical storytelling ‘crankies’, build a shadow puppet theatre and find our inner warriors in Play-doh. And other stuff, too.
Just come and be allowed to be yourself.
No prior experience of arts or writing is necessary and all materials are provided.
Thursdays 10.30am – 12.30pm at Podsmead Community Centre
Registering with Artlift does not guarantee you place on a particular course.
We will discuss with you any particular interests that you have and try to find a course that suits you. Courses run subject to minimum numbers.
