Creativity with Photography

Create Well Mental Health programme & Living Well with Chronic Pain programme

Join our Artist Facilitator Rose Illingworth at the Museum in the Park in beautiful Stratford Park in Stroud  to use photography as a starting point for creative exploration.

In this course, you’ll take photographs in the first session, inspired by nature within the surrounding garden. You will be encouraged to ‘look further and delve deeper’.

A chosen image will then be used in a playful creative way, bouncing between different art materials and cyanotype photography.

Enjoy playing with a wide variety of arts materials throughout the course, and explore portraiture, nature, mindful drawing, ink blowing and more!

You might be curious to find out how making can really help you with your wellbeing, even if you haven’t made anything since school, or don’t consider yourself to be artistic. You can use your camera or mobile phone; other arts materials (paint/brushes etc) will be supplied where needed.

Tuesdays 12:30 – 2:30pm

Registering with Artlift does not guarantee you place on a particular course.

We will discuss with you any particular interests that you have and try to find a course that suits you. Courses run subject to minimum numbers.
