Future Talent: Pathways to and through Creative Health practice in Gloucestershire

On this page, you can read the findings and recommendations of Future Talent (FT) Steering Group consultation in 2024 and ’25. Scroll down and click the button under ‘Want to Know More’ to download the full report.

The FT Steering Group was formed in 2023 by professionals with extensive experience of delivering Creative Health interventions since 2007. We are also ensuring alignment with Gloucestershire Creative Health Consortium aims. We are united and driven by a shared commitment to better understand, and work alongside diverse artists to proactively address, historic barriers faced by those currently under-represented in the sector.

The FT initiative aligns with the priorities of One Gloucestershire’s Integrated Care Strategy – supporting Gloucestershire to become a better place for the future by building capacity and capability to maximise the utilisation of Creative Health interventions for all individuals across their life course.

We’d welcome feedback or suggestions on the report / recommendations: e-mail cath@artlift.org or call 01452 222 726.

If you are interested in The Peer Network events run by FT member Art Shape, please contact kim@artshape.co.uk or call 01452 863 855.

If you’ve got representative people around them, you’ll get people coming back again. I’m talking about all diversity, not just ethnicity
